SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required for all new clients choosing to have Retexturising service.

Your reservation will be secured once a copy/screen shot of the transfer receipt is received by SMS. The deposit is then deducted at time of service and you then pay the difference on the day of your Treatment.

48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling via SMS. No shows, late changes or cancellations will result in losing your deposit.

As a friendly reminder, The Straightening Studio sends out a personal appointment reminder times 24 hours ahead of your next appointment.

If you are running late for your appointment, please phone or message to notify ahead. The Straightening Studio also offers a courtesy SMS message ahead of time to notify any clients if running late.
